Our Programs (What We Do)
The Khula Career Foundation (KCF) is a South African non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing education, skills development, entrepreneurship, and employment opportunities for communities historically marginalized in the mainstream economy. KCF operates under the principle that every individual deserves equal access to opportunities that can foster their potential, irrespective of their geographic location. The foundation extends its reach to various communities, including rural and remote villages, townships, informal settlements, small towns, and peri-urban areas. Through a comprehensive national network of provincial and municipal chapters, KCF collaborates with government bodies, private sector partners, Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs), and higher education institutions to provide support directly to these communities.

Because opportunities should not be a privilege of geography.
A learner in a rural village must have the same access as a learner in a major city.
A job seeker in an informal settlement must not be left behind due to a lack of connectivity or information. Follow our news page for opportunities that may be relevant to you.
